About Us
We are a mother/daughter team that began making holiday charcuterie boards in 2023. After many requests, we decided to share our creations through our new company, Pretty Platters.

In May 2024, after building out a food trailer and passing our health inspection, we began offering our charcuterie cups and lunch boxes at the Quanah Market in Quanah, Texas. We enjoy getting to meet new people at the Market and provide locals and out-of-towners a chance to enjoy one of our charcuterie lunch boxes. We continue to do special events because we offer "Charcuterie Boards for Any Occasion."
